Frequently Asked Questions

Storage Questions:

1. What security do you offer?

We offer a fully gated facility, video surveillance, and we have a 24 hour on-site manager who lives on the premises.  24 hour access is available.

2. Do I have to sign a long term lease?

No, we do not require a long term lease.  We offer a minimum 1 month lease.

3. Will we have 24 hour access?

Yes, we offer 24 hour gated access 7 days a week.

4. Do you accept deliveries?

Yes!  If you have deliveries made when you cannot be here we can make arrangements to accept the deliveries for you.  Contact the manager for details.

5. How much space do I need?

Call us at 254-754-7625.  We can help you determine the proper size.

6. Do you have rental trucks & trailers?

Yes.  We offer a full line of U-Haul trucks and moving trailers.

7. Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

Yes.  We sell near perfect recycled boxes at HUGE discounts to you, in addition to a line of new boxes.

8. How can I make a payment for my storage unit? 

Tenants may mail in payments by check or money order, make payments by phone with a credit card, online bill pay can be set up through your bank, or you can drop off your rent payments using our drop box located at 9409 China Spring Road.

Portable Storage Container Questions:

1. Are your containers to rent or to purchase?

We offer both rentals and purchase.

2. Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius.

3. Are your containers water tight and air tight?

Yes, all of our containers offer a water and air tight environment.

4. Do you have a six-twelve month lease?

We do not require a long term lease.  We offer a minimum one month lease.

5. What do you require to rent the container?

We ask that you offer adequate space to drop the container (ie turn radius, overhead clearance, solid ground, etc.)

6. Can the portable storage containers be moved?

On the Portable Storage Trailers we can move them from location to location.  Portable Storage Containers are dropped to only one location and are picked up empty.
